1. Only players who have registered a Real Account
are eligible to receive Promotions.
2. In order to claim a Welcome Bonus, please visit
the cashier and enter the relevant coupon code. Once entered make
a purchase and your promotion will be credited automatically to your
account.
Terms and Conditions for ALL Welcome Bonuses are:
Only one (1) Welcome Bonus may be claimed per Real Account unless
otherwise stated. Players may not have more than 1 Real Account. Failing
to do so will result in forfeiting the bonus and possible closure
of your account.
To qualify for the Welcome bonus you are required to claim the promotion/s
within seven (7) days of registering your REAL Money account.
All Welcome Bonuses are subject to specific individual T&C. Ensure
all T&C have been read and understood. Claiming of a Welcome Bonus
is construed as acceptance of all terms and conditions.
3. Bonuses will be credited to the Player's Real
Account as Casino Credits only, unless otherwise stated.
4. In claiming any bonus offer (other than
Welcome Bonus) from the Casino, the player agrees to wager
the initial deposit plus the bonus 20 times before requesting a cash-in.
For example: Purchase £100, receive £100 bonus, wagers must equal
20x£200. Please note, Free "no purchase" bonuses such as
scratch card bonuses, birthday bonuses, ad-hoc complimentary bonuses
etc must be wagered 30 times before cashing in. The maximum cashin
amount from these "FREE" bonuses is £1000 unless otherwise
stated. "risk free" wagers and play on Craps,Baccarat and
War will not count towards this wagering requirement. Play on any
of the Blackjack games and Tri - Card Poker games will count only
half towards meeting the wagering requirements hence wagering must
be 40 times on these games unless otherwise stated. If an excluded
game is played before completion of the above wagering requirements,
the casino reserves the right to void all play and close the account,
and require the player to forfeit the bonus.
5. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with
any other promotional offer and only one (1) bonus offer can be claimed
per person.Play across multiple accounts is combined, where applicable.
6. Bonuses may be refused at the discretion of the
management if abuse of promotions is suspected. All cashins will be
audited and refused where there is suspected fraud or at the casino
management's discretion.
7. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the
Company, you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional
purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by
law.
8. The Company reserves the right to amend these
Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Such amendments
will be effective immediately upon being posted in this "Terms
and Conditions" section of the Company's Web site. It is your
responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis
and to check any additional rules detailed within promotional emails.
Should you be unclear about any point relating to a specific promotion,
it is your responsibility to contact the support team and gain a full
understanding before partaking in a promotion.
9. The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent
the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and the Company
and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and
understandings between you and the Company with regards to the claiming
of any promotional or bonus offers.
10. Any promotion or offer is terminable at any time
in accordance with the views of management without prior notice or
obligation.
11. The management reserves the right to disqualify
certain countries or individual players from promotional offers. Among
the countries whose players are disqualified from promotions are those
blacklisted in our General Terms and Conditions. Promotional offers
via email, telephone or mail are extended only to the player whom
the correspondence is addressed.
